Terms of Service

These terms describe the Tampa Bay website-builder experience and the 904Web services you select. Your plan, checkout details and any written project-specific terms determine the final scope of hosting, billing, custom development and third-party integrations.

Billing and subscriptions

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, 904Web subscription plans are billed month to month. You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation process available through your account or support workflow. The base monthly price of your purchased plan is guaranteed for 24 months from the initial paid date while you remain continuously subscribed to the same plan. Taxes, optional add-ons, usage overages, third-party pass-through charges and customer-requested plan changes are separate and may change independently.

Domain ownership

You keep ownership of any domain name you register or already own. 904Web may help with DNS connection and launch, but domain ownership remains with you or your business.

Hosting

Managed hosting is included on Starter, Growth and Automation Pro. Lite is intended for compatible self-hosting and does not include 904Web hosting.

AI and automation

AI-assisted content and automation features are tools for drafting, planning and workflow support. You remain responsible for reviewing business facts, claims, regulated content and final approvals before use or publication.

Third-party services

Search engines, social networks, registrars, payment providers and other integrations may have their own terms, limits and availability. 904Web cannot guarantee third-party ranking, reach, uptime or approval.
